At Paws of War, we believe in the healing power of companionship. Our mission is to bring together veterans, first responders and rescued animals, creating unbreakable bonds that foster healing and mutual understanding.
Paralyzed with an agonizing injury, Tiny Tammy was found as a puppy by U.S. soldiers deployed in the Middle East. Rescued through our War-Torn Pups and Cats program, Tammy was brought safely to America and reunited with Sergeant Jack - one of the heroes hero fought to save her life.
Now, Tammy needs us again.
Today, Tammy is thriving. She is happy, loved, and she is living the life that once seemed impossible. But she needs our help because that perfect life is about to change. Sergeant Jack has been called up again to serve his country on a year-long overseas deployment, and the little dog he refused to give up on needs someone to step forward for him.
Our team will remain by her side throughout Jack's deployment, just as we have since the day we first learned about the helpless puppy fighting for survival overseas, but we need your help to ensure she gets everything she needs while her brave Dad is away. We are also seeking a very special foster home for Tammy; someone willing and able to understand her additional daily needs, with our full support.

Our mission is to alleviate the suffering of veterans, first responders and their families, particularly those battling invisible wounds like Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), by providing them with loyal service dogs that become not just companions but also catalysts for healing.
Simultaneously, we rescue and rehabilitate dogs and cats in dire straits, often plucking them from the brink of despair and giving them a new chance at life. Our reach extends into war-torn regions, reuniting military personnel with the animals they formed bonds with during service.
