Become A Shelter Partner

If you work or volunteer at a shelter and have a special dog that you think would be a good match for a veteran in need, submit a short video (less than 3 mins) and biography of the dog to the link below. Dogs must be: Rescued/shelter dogs, social, healthy, eager to please, good with other dogs and all people!

We will consider your rescued dog for our program once we have received all the information you can provide. There are no restrictions, however we are inundated with groups wanting us to accept more pit bulls and pit mixes into the program.

While we are a pit bull friendly organization, we already have more than enough for the program.

Paws of War is funded entirely by public contributions. We depend on the generosity of our donors to continue our work.  We are a non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, tax I.D. #46-5113396, and donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
